Nutritional guidance and dietary counseling

All training sessions will last 45 to 60 minutes depending on the client’s current condition and entry fitness level prior to goal orientation.

Clients are advised to meet a minimum of  2 or 3 times a week in order to maintain consistent progress through out the training program and to ultimately achieve our desired outcome.

Nutrition Plans

All dietary outlines will be custom tailored to personally fit each clients  individual fitness goals and will be based off  their current metabolic rate, body composition, and overall activity level.

2 week plan                                        $60.00

4week plan                                         $99.00

All necessary waiver forms and documents will be personally emailed to prospective clients upon purchase authorization.
